Pretty much sand crabs and rock crabs are best places for this at 15 prayer. They’re a great AFK training spot. They drop death/blood runes often and herbs sometimes.
So, in one hour, that'll be 48k exp per hour! In fact, if you’re training a pure, Sand Crabs are the place to train your combat stats!
