The Vacheron Constantin Overseas Chronograph is yet another highly sought-after model in the Overseas collection. This two-hand luxury watch is currently only available in white gold, hence its relatively high price. If you recall, Vacheron Constantin gave its Overseas collection a massive update/makeover in 2016 that introduced a whole bunch of new models. The interior of the Ultra-Thin is also different from the three-hand model.
The ultra-thin Caliber 2160 movement, which first made an appearance in 2018, is constructed from 188 individual components and measures just 5.65 mm thick – a feat that is largely made possible by its peripherally-mounted oscillation weight, which happens to be craft from solid 22k gold. The in-house caliber 5200 has a 52-hour power reserve, a date display at 4:30, and three subdials: one for the small seconds and one each for the 30-minute and 12-hour counters.
